NES 2.0 Mapper 408

NES 2.0 Mapper 408 was implemented for the plug & play version of Konami Collector’s Series: Arcade Advanced. It works similarly to Mapper 256 but switches between CHR-ROM and CHR-RAM by repurposing higher address lines.
